Sarah is currently researching music
using live electronics with her trio Alexander’s Annexe: a
collaboration with David Sheppard and Mira Calix. Their aim is to
incorporate the sonority, beauty, physical energy and impact of live
piano performance into a larger scale feast for the ears through the
use of live and pre-composed electronics. The trio have performed
in FUSELeeds, IF Festival, Sonorities Festival in Belfast ,
Transmedial in Berlin and the Parco della Musica in Rome .
Their first album was released on WARP
Records last year.
